JACK

My name is Jack and I am the owner of TRU FIT which was established in 2018.

Since completing my degree in Sports and Exercise Science back in 2012, I have since gone on to become a L3 Personal Trainer, L2 British Weightlifting Coach, L1 Crossfit Coach & L5 Soft Tissue Therapist.

My experience in training and competing along with qualifications in Personal Training, Weightlifting and Soft Tissue Therapy, I have an insightful perspective and a unique outlook on fitness, training and overall physical health and wellbeing.

Qualifications:

- Level 5 Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy

- Level 3 Fitness Instructing and Personal Training.

- Level 2 British Weightlifting Coach

- CrossFit Level 1 Coach
- Myofascial Cupping Therapy - Cotswolds Academy (FHT Accredited)
