Motivation Monday


Sometimes motivation to train on a Monday can be low however whatever form of movement you do, physical exercise can really help how we feel, physically as well as mentally.


The Mental Health Foundation say that Physical activity has a huge potential to enhance our wellbeing. Even a short burst of 10 minutes’ brisk walking increases our mental alertness, energy and positive mood.



"Participation in regular physical activity can increase our self-esteem and can reduce stress and anxiety. It also plays a role in preventing the development of mental health problems and in improving the quality of life of people experiencing mental health problems."

Even if its a short brisk walk during your lunch break or a 30 min Yoga/stretch session. Move in whatever way you can today. I guarantee you'll feel better than you did before you started.
