NEW BLOG - MONDAY MOTIVATION

Hello!


I hope everyone is having a great start to their week and to their Monday.

Mondays can be tough and sometimes you find it hard to get going and you don't always have the motivation to train, work or simply get stuff done that needs to get done.


We are going to try and help with that!


I am going to try and make a conscious effort to be more active on blog/email posts to help people with some regular free content, either to: motivate, educate or appreciate.

One of my favourite quotes, that I find motivational and inspiring.


We all need to fail sometimes in order to learn and progress. Without failure, there can be stagnation - a steady snails pace crawl to our end goal, that we sometimes don't even reach. We need to learn that its okay to 'fail', it's okay not to be perfect at something. This, in turn enables us to learn and make progress, to improve and get better.
