Hi Team,

Just a quick one. Starting tomorrow (Wednesday 17 Feb 2021) we will be running a new 30mins quick lunch sweat session!

This session will consist of a warm up and activation phase and then we will jump straight into a sweaty, high intensity workout that you can squeeze into your lunch break routine!

This class was created for those who may struggle with the motivation in the evenings, so now you have no excuse! Get involved. Get signed up! Join in!
